Job Description

TRG is recruiting Forklift Operators to join our team, based in Milton! If you a certified Order Picker, Reach, counterbalance and/or Dock Stocker, then we’d love to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $20.50, weekly pay, every Friday!

Intersection: James Snow Pkwy & Steeles - Halton Hills, Milton

Shift Available: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Afternoon Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 pm – Midnight

Job Duties:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, picking orders, and performing general warehouse duties.

• Operate a forklift to pick orders, move and place skids in assigned locations to prep for shipment
• Operate RF Scanner to ensure inventory is managed accurately
• Conduct daily forklift inspections to ensure safety regulations are followed
• Manually palletizing and wrapping skids, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a KPI driven environment, meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly quota’s
• Assist in other general labour duties as required

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation - this position is based in Milton
• Must have minimum 3 years experience in order fulfillment and distribution
• Forklift Certification from an accredited school including Fall Arrest
• Proven practical experience operating a Forklift: Order Picker, Reach a strong asset
• Practical experience using an RF Scanner
• Must be able to reach, push, pull, and lift to 50 pounds through an 8-hour shift
• Flexible to work extended hours if required is a strong asset
