Job Description
TRG Staffing is hiring full-time Millwright. Join our team and be part of this growing global yoga inspired apparel company!
Shift: Morning shift |7:00 am - 3:30 pm | Monday-Friday
Afternoon shift | 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm | Monday-Friday
Night Shift | 11:00 pm - 07:30 am | Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $34.50per hour, plus shift Premium, weekly pay, every Friday!
Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and align new machinery and equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address mechanical issues proactively.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair conveyor systems, including belts, rollers, and motors
- Monitor conveyor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize conveyor flow for efficient product movement.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of automated systems used for order picking and packing.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, maintenance teams, and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Conduct safety inspections on equipment and machinery to identify potential hazards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical certification or millwright apprenticeship is preferred.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Apprentice is preferred.
- Experience with Electrical Low Voltage is good to have.
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role, ideally in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a fast-paced team environment.
