Job Description
We are looking for an Inventory Support Specialist to join our client team, a growing global yoga inspired apparel company!
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour, weekly pay, every Friday!
Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday| 8am - 4:30pm
Location: Must be comfortable driving to both Mississauga and Milton to support both Distribution Centres.
What you'll be doing:
The Inventory Parts Specialist will be responsible for parts ordering, order entry and procurement, order tracking and Customer Service.
- Working closely and collaboratively with the Maintenance Department.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Manage purchase orders and order required parts.
- Monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory issues.
- Scheduling, organization, and arranging of contractors.
- Other duties as required.

What we need from you:
- Must have access to a vehicle; this position will require you to travel to both Mississauga and Milton Distribution Centres.
- Knowledge of mechanical "parts" in a warehouse environment is critical for this position.
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
- Computer proficiency with good data entry skills.
- Self motivated; capable of working independently.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including standing, sitting. lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, and climbing).
