Job Description
TRG is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Vancouver, BC!
Pay Rate: $20 per hour, weekly pay, every Friday!
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm
What you'll be doing:
- Handling incoming or outgoing customer calls and email communications for various Canada Post Corporation business
- Responsible for order management, account inquiries, customer queries or support issues
- Data entry of orders, returns and/or inquiries in designated systems
- Daily interaction with diverse customer base.
- Applies decision / service controls
- Updates systems daily with inquiry detail and status tracking and trending purposes
- Incident management - Research / creation / management / reporting / follow-up
- Complete necessary management reports as required
Job Requirements
Experience and Skills required:
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Demonstrated knowledge Microsoft Windows: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/ Access an asset
- Demonstrated ability to establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Demonstrated ability to provide Customer / Vendor communication (oral and written) in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to answer calls from various Canada Post customers, taking down the information on their orders, creating inquiries and /or returns in an accurate and detailed fashion
What we need from you:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
- Excellent Attendance Record (Attendance Management Policy) and adheres to Company Policies
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent Organization, reporting skills and attention to detail
- Team orientated and dependable
- Updated Security Clearance will be initiated upon hire
