Location: Greater Toronto Area

As TRG continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for cold prospecting businesses in key supply chain industries across the GTA.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement strategies to achieve new business development and sales growth
  • Effectively manage client relationships, act as an escalation point for client issues
  • Manage and guide pricing strategies to ensure both competitiveness and profit
  • Oversee contract compliance within new business accounts
  • Develop and execute plans to ensure market segmentation success
  • Conduct training with colleagues on sales-related topics such as lead generation, pricing, and negotiation

Job Requirements

Who you are:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong business acumen
  • Proven track record and experience selling into the staffing services industry - supply chain sector is preferred
  • Proven track record and documented success in making an immediate impact and delivering sales results
  • Ability to lead the sales processes end-to-end and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate, present and build credibility at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues to deliver the service to the client
